Using the Asset Library
Imported from Confluence (source, last edited 2023-01-04). Screenshots are the old UI — flag for GIF/clip re-capture.
The Asset Library stores queries and reference sets, allowing them to be edited and managed in preparation for the next terminology release.
- Queries: create a query to identify all descendants of a concept, and combine criteria to specify subsets. Query results can later be synchronized into a refset to be published as an extensional refset, or can be published as a serialized query, an intensional refset. (see Creating queries)
- Authored refsets: refsets that can be edited during the terminology maintenance process, at the end of the cycle refsets can be pushed to the terminlogy in order to be released. (see Creating authored refsets)
- External refsets: refstes already published in the terminology, these are static refsets, and should be converted to an authored refset to be edited.
Info:
Use the Asset Library to create queries and refsets, and later deciding how to publish them.
